The Mission As an Integration Intern at Scalapay, you will play a crucial role in supporting the integration and onboarding of our merchant partners, ensuring smooth processes that comply with our high standards as a regulated payment institution. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Tech, and Operations teams, you will gain valuable experience in the Dynamic World of BNPL. Key Responsibilities - Technical Integration Assistance: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of payment systems on merchant platforms and instore. - Merchant Support: Provide operational assistance pre- and post-integration, addressing queries and resolving issues as needed. - Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and suggest improvements to optimize processes. - Analysis and monitoring: of KPI, orders flow and level of service.
