What you'll be doing As a Software Engineer, Backend, in the Business Team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of digital payments by designing and building scalable, high-quality systems. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: - Own the Story Lifecycle : Complete the entire story lifecycle from intake to production release, ensuring all requirements are met for product stories. - Build Business Financial Systems : Develop and maintain services for fee calculations, invoicing, payout orchestration, and settlement flows to ensure accuracy for thousands of businesses. - Deliver Compliance & Reporting Solutions : Contribute to systems handling periodic reviews, risk assessments, and transaction reporting to support regulatory requirements. - Contribute to Technical Excellence : Conduct technical analysis for standard scope stories and implement robust, scalable back-end solutions. - Work in an AI Engineering Culture : Use AI as a core part of your engineering workflow to accelerate development and deepen analysis while keeping quality and judgment at the center. - Grow Your Technical Voice : Share your vision
