What you'll be doing As our Associate Legal Product Counsel, you'll be the person who plays a key role in the development of new products and features, managing regulatory complexities and addressing commercial and consumer law matters across Satispay's diverse offerings. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: - Strategic Advisory & Product Counseling - Acting as a strategic partner throughout the product lifecycle-from ideation to market launch-ensuring alignment with business goals. This includes drafting terms of service, promotional rules, and customer-facing documentation. - Regulatory & Legal Analysis - Analyzing complex legal issues to ensure new features align with regulatory and consumer law requirements, while assisting in managing relationships with regulatory authorities. - Commercial & Consumer Law - Providing expert advice on financial laws, consumer protection, and commercial legal issues related to the B2C and B2B expansion of the Satispay ecosystem. - Cross-team Collaboration - Partnering with Product, Tech, Strategy, and Marketing teams to develop innovative legal solutions that balance growth with smart risk management.
