Role Purpose Lead and grow the Risk Management Solutions practice across APAC, driving delivery excellence, financial performance, and client value. Act as the regional domain expert, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions aligned to customer needs, regulatory demands, and business growth objectives. This role reports to the VP of Consulting for the region. It partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders across consulting, engineering, sales, business development, and customer success. You will be leading a distributed team of ~70 people (FTE and contractors) including direct and matrix resources. The position carries accountability for approximately USD $20M in annual services revenue, with direct responsibility for delivery margins, utilization, and overall financial performance.
