Job Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Field Service Lightning to build and optimize field service solutions. This role will focus on scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce enablement within Salesforce. Responsibilities - Design and develop solutions within Salesforce Field Service Lightning - Customize FSL components including work orders, service appointments, and scheduling - Develop Apex, Lightning components, and automation for FSL use cases - Integrate FSL with other enterprise systems such as ERP and middleware - Collaborate with stakeholders to improve field service processes - Support mobile solutions and offline capabilities - Ensure performance, scalability, and usability of FSL implementations - Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues - Maintain technical documentation and best practices Qualifications - 5 to 8 plus years of Salesforce development experience - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning - Strong experience with Apex and Lightning components - Understanding of scheduling and field operations workflows - Experience with integrations and APIs - Salesforce FSL certification preferred - Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Physical Demands - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Occasional standing and walking within the office. - Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office
