Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Scheduler to join our fast-growing team. As a Production Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the scheduling of production activities to ensure timely delivery of our autonomous surface vessels to meet client requirements. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure the efficient use of resources. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet deadlines and project milestones for autonomous surface vessels. - Work closely with the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment between design, procurement, and production needs. - Monitor and track production progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones. - Identify potential scheduling conflicts or production delays, and take corrective action to ensure projects stay on track. - Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure material availability and inventory control, avoiding any supply chain disruptions. - Manage and update project timelines in response to engineering changes, customer requirements, and unforeseen production challenges. - Communicate production schedules and status updates to internal stakeholders, providing visibility into potential delays and resource bottlenecks. - Optimize production resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Maintain documentation and
