Job Overview Saronic Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory management processes to ensure the availability of essential components and materials required for the production of autonomous surface vessels. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production continuity, and safeguarding sensitive materials in a regulated defense environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to accuracy, and experience operating within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities - Inventory Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory items within ERP/inventory systems. - Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. - Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate and reconcile discrepancies. - Track material movement across warehouse and production locations to ensure system accuracy. Supplier & Internal Collaboration - Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of components and materials. - Support procurement and logistics teams in resolving receiving discrepancies or inventory-related issues. - Communicate inventory risks, shortages, and excess materials to management and cross-functional stakeholders. Quality & Compliance - Work closely with quality control teams to ensure incoming materials meet established standards. - Identify and escalate quality or documentation issues impacting inventory integrity. - Ensure compliance with relevant defense regulations,
