Job Overview We're seeking a function-minded Interior Designer to define the look, feel, and functionality of our offices worldwide. You'll own every physical design of our spaces including layout, furniture, and artwork, ensuring each environment reflects our culture and enables great work. What distinguishes this role is a commitment to functional aesthetic: design that works as hard as it looks. You'll build a global design language where visual elements serve dual purposes. You'll collaborate with Facilities, Design, People Experience, Workplace, and Leadership on new build-outs, refreshes, and ongoing improvements, maintaining global consistency while honoring each location's local character. Responsibilities - Lead projects from inception through completion, engaging in all phases of design and delivery, producing deliverables to be reviewed by both the Expansion team, and the Design team as key stakeholders- ensuring alignment between corporate, brand, and interior design. - Develop and own a global interior design system, including a living standards guide covering color, materials, furniture, signage, and lighting, that maintains brand cohesion while allowing regional personalization. - Establish a visual-coding framework where design elements carry consistent functional meaning across every office. - Create environments where aesthetics and utility reinforce each other. - Balance aesthetic ambition with ergonomics, accessibility, sustainability, and code compliance. - Produce end-to-end design projects from concept and mood boarding through
