Full Stack Software Engineer, Program Systems Austin, TX, Austin, Texas, United States Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing autonomy at sea, dedicated to developing state-of-the-art solutions that enhance maritime operations through autonomous and intelligent platforms. Role Summary Saronic Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Program Systems team within the Programs organization. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical internal applications that drive operational visibility, decision-making, and execution across Saronic's growing portfolio of Autonomous Surface Vessel (ASV) programs. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and program operations, building tools that connect real-time production data, program governance, demand forecasting, and customer engagement into a unified digital thread. Our application portfolio runs on Palantir Foundry and modern web technologies, and our team leverages AI-assisted development workflows to ship at startup speed with enterprise-grade impact. This is a high-ownership role. You will take features from concept to production, collaborate directly with program managers, engineers, production leads, and executives, and see your work used daily to support national security missions. Responsibilities - Application Development & Maintenance - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React for front-end and back-end components - Build and extend applications within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem, including data pipelines, ontology-backed applications, and Foundry-native integrations - Develop scalable, responsive interfaces that serve internal stakeholders across Programs, Finance, Production, and Engineering - Optimize application performance, reliability, and security through testing, code review, and performance tuning Data Integration
