Job Overview Saronic is seeking a driven and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to support facility construction quality efforts across all facility TI projects at our Austin facilities. This role will focus on all CSA and MEP systems and field execution, ensuring construction activities meet company standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes throughout all phases of work. This position is ideal for someone with approximately 5 years of construction or quality experience who wants to remain highly engaged in the field while helping build and mature a growing QA/QC program. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and motivated to improve quality processes, documentation, and execution standards across active projects. This position will play a key role in establishing scalable construction quality programs and supporting the continued growth of Saronic's operations globally. Responsibilities - What You'll Do - Support and execute QA/QC processes for construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects with a strong focus on MEP systems. - Perform field inspections and verify work complies with project specifications, drawings, submittals, and company quality standards. - Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, contractors, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions. - Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and installation practices for compliance and constructability concerns. - Monitor installation and testing activities for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, controls,
