What you'll build As a working student (f/m/d) in the global P&C Business Partner team for the Board Area Customer Value Group your main tasks will be to: Actively support the P&C Business Partner & PMO in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks (e. g. organizational changes) and the execution of core HR processes (e. g. talent management processes, employee surveys) Pull and analyze HR reports to different KPIs (e. g. career level or regional distribution) Be actively involved in project work (e. g. reorganizations) Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops Research and various strategic HR topics (e.g. organizational set-up of an organization, change management, digital transformation of HR What you bring Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: HR, business
