What you'll do You will support the GRF Germany Team in the following areas: Support the creation, execution, and evaluation of internal surveys and feedback initiatives Maintain and update SharePoint pages, templates, distribution lists, and communication assets Support process optimization and administrative coordination tasks across different operational topics Assist in the planning and coordination of internal events, workshops, and project-related activities Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities within the team Coordinate and maintain internal information platforms and data structures Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analysing operational and communication-related processes What you bring Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or English/Linguistics Computer skills: Excellent MS Office skills (esp. Word and Powerpoint)
