Job Overview: SAP's Sustainability growth unit is seeking an experienced GTM strategy and Operations manager to help build and execute on key growth initiatives. In this role you will support the respective regional teams by executing business strategy and key program deliverables, supporting GTM operational initiatives, producing business insights and new initiatives, and supporting planning activities (e.g. GTM program design and execution). The successful candidate has a strong operational background, proficiency with AI and key reporting tools (SAC, Microsoft BI, Excel, etc.), demonstrated ability to execute programs, outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, a broad understanding of sales, channel, and business operations within the Cloud space, and can also communicate effectively with executive and sales leadership.
