Expectations and Tasks: Engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Perform complex data and system development along with technology integration through learned technology coding languages. Ensure stable, secure, performance and high available operations for and between system and cloud services. Facilitate agile engagement with the business. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation. Deliver outcomes of assigned projects; work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility. Enhance complex systems/processes. Represents SAP to customers. Communicates clear and conveys processes & policies in a way that others can understand. Advocating for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors & usage patterns. Provides expert support in operations. Revises and updates existing programs
