What You'll Do In this role, you will own and deliver Global Total Rewards Benefits Operations outcomes, ensuring benefits are executed consistently, efficiently, and at scale. You will partner with Benefits Design, Vendor Operations, and HR stakeholders to translate global strategy into reliable operations. Key outcomes include: ensuring accurate and compliant benefits operations aligned with global standards; delivering a strong employee experience through timely and accountable request handling; improving efficiency by simplifying processes and reducing manual work; contributing to global policies and governance; and identifying and implementing solutions that improve service quality and business results.
