Deine Rolle: Als IT Technology Services Specialist bist du verantwortlich für den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb unserer internen Infrastruktur mit einem starken DevOps-Mindset. Im Schwerpunkt administrierst und härtest du Linux-basierte Serverlandschaften, betreibst unsere VMware-Virtualisierungsumgebung und verwaltest Compute-, Storage- sowie NetApp-Ressourcen. Dabei denkst du Systembetrieb konsequent in Richtung Automatisierung weiter: Mit Ansible, Git und CI/CD-Pipelines entwickelst du Infrastructure-as-Code-Lösungen, standardisierst Deployments und treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung operativer Prozesse voran. Du implementierst und erweiterst Grafana-basierte Monitoring-Lösungen mit aussagekräftigen Dashboards und Alerting für maximale Transparenz und Verfügbarkeit. Gleichzeitig integrierst du Security Tools in den Betrieb, setzt Härtungsmaßnahmen um und verankerst Sicherheit als festen Bestandtei
