To orchestrate implementation and alignment of HR strategy and people programmes in business unit to achieve commercial goals and create a culture where the best, brightest and the most engaged people are excited by the career opportunities in their market and across the Dentsu Aegis Network. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: (or 'Duties') The role: The right candidate must possess a comprehensive knowledge of HR to handle complex projects and stakeholders' engagement - Business Partnering to Senior Business Leaders, Change Agent, Talent Acquisition & Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Rewards . The candidate will be responsible to provide strategic HR advice and consultancy to business and functional Senior Management client groups and needs to be agile and with the ability to recommend solutions and provide action plans to the Business Leaders. Fundamentally, the candidate must have proven record as HR Generalist with strong knowledge in Singapore Labour Laws/practices. Based in Singapore, this role will also be required to work closely with the various COEs in our APAC office for new HR initiatives and projects. The candidate will also be responsible for guiding and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives aligned to business/organization's objectives and should be results-oriented and have confidence and ability to create strong HR strategies,
