As an Engineer in Solutions Engineering at RXO, you will apply your analytical and engineering skills to support the design and delivery of supply chain network optimization studies. You will use rigorous data collection and analysis to identify opportunities, develop insights, and support the creation of marketable, data-driven solutions that improve customer supply chain operations. RXO will provide you with industry-leading tools and resources to help you grow your skills and advance your career. --- What your day-to-day will look like: · Support supply chain network and transportation optimization studies through research, data collection, and analysis. · Perform data mining, validation, and scenario analysis to identify cost, service, and efficiency improvement opportunities within a customer's supply chain. · Assist in building and running models using Coupa Supply Chain Guru or similar network optimization and decision-support tools. · Analyze transportation, distribution, and inventory data to support recommendations and solution design. · Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs using Power BI, Excel, Access, SQL, or similar tools. · Support the preparation of customer-ready materials, including presentations, summaries, and visualizations. · Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to refine assumptions, validate results, and iterate analyses based on feedback. · Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and best practices.
