About the Role: The Trade Specialist is responsible for the scope and pricing review of our occupied service requests in an assigned region. This person will manage a queue of tasks, support cross-functional operations teams, and contribute to our standardized pricing tools. Responsibilities: - Use your maintenance knowledge to review and validate estimates above our standard not to exceed limits - Share maintenance knowledge with internal teams by leading training and providing context on complex scopes - Serve as a liaison to vendors for all needs regarding scope
