About the role: The role of the Rent Underwriting Associate is to provide excellent service to our internal Mynd teams through setting accurate and competitive rental rates for our homes and providing detailed reviews and recommendations for rental marketing advertisements. You'll be responsible for your own market(s) and manage all things rent setting and vacancy marketing review related (during turnover, lease expirations, and newly onboarded properties).
