The Role We're looking to hire our first People Operations team member at Rogo to support the planning, execution, and ongoing management of our key People programs throughout the employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the foundation of the employee experience as we scale, helping to attract, retain, and grow top talent. This role will report to the Chief of Staff at the time of hire but will roll up to a Head of People in the near future.
