With locations in Munich, San Francisco, and Austin, and backed by leading investors such as Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia, we are working to redefine industrial automation. At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions. You are part of our revenue team and actively drive the new customer pipeline. You independently build relationships with potential clients, qualify accounts, and turn market potential into concrete sales opportunities. With a data-driven and performance-oriented approach, you directly shape the growth of RobCo in Germany and make a significant contribution to the team's success. Your Responsibilities - Contact Specialist: You initiate first contact with potential customers and identify the right decision-makers. - Sales Professional: You generate new sales opportunities and work strategically within a dynamic marketing landscape. - Relationship Manager: You build and maintain relationships in line with RobCo's Operating Principles and ensure a smooth handover to the Field Sales team. - Team Player: You collaborate closely with other departments and support our campaigns to optimize the overall sales strategy.
