In this key role, you will act as the operational heartbeat and cultural anchor of our Austin office. By seamlessly balancing workplace management with essential people operations, you will ensure a highly productive environment for our local team while championing an exceptional candidate and employee experience. Your Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a welcoming, safe, and highly organized work environment at our Austin location. - Support workplace expansion and footprint optimization by assisting with office space searches, evaluating alternative workplace options, and coordinating subleasing administration for existing spaces. - Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors, landlords, maintenance, and external service providers. - Oversee inventory management for office supplies, kitchen provisions, and company merchandise. - Lead the planning and execution of team events , celebrations, and regular cultural activities to keep the team connected and engaged. - Support recruiting operations by scheduling onsite interviews, escorting candidates through the office, and providing an amazing candidate experience overall. - Manage onboarding for new employees , including executing pre-day 1
