Your mission is to build seamless, tech-driven administrative processes that provide our employees with a world-class experience and allow our leadership to make data-driven decisions. Your Responsibilities - Global Payroll Excellence: Own and manage the end-to-end payroll process for RobCo in Europe, ensuring 100% accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. - Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes) and implement automated workflows to minimize manual tasks. - HR Infrastructure: Manage and optimize our HRIS (e.g., Personio, HiBob) and integrated tools to maintain a "single source of truth" for all People data. - Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR
