To further expand our team, we are looking for you as (Senior) Field Deployment Manager (m/f/d) with the following mission: You will play a pivotal role in scaling and professionalizing our customer delivery operation. Your team delivers and supports some of the most advanced modular robotics solutions. Your Mission Build and maintain a high-performing, reliable, and motivated field organization that sets the industry benchmark for quality, customer orientation, and operational excellence. You will lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of engineers and technicians, from recent graduates to seasoned experts, ensuring they consistently deliver value to our customers and embody the best of RobCo's culture. You'll bring structure where it's missing, raise the bar on process and communication, and create the conditions for the team to grow. You will be the first line leader, operational problem-solver, and force multiplier in our fast-growing organization, trusted by both your team and company leadership.
