As the Lead Compounding Pharmacist you will be responsible for the operations of our non-sterile compounding facility in Romeoville, Illinois. This position is responsible for managing daily compounding activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, and leading a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality standards, optimizing workflows, and implementing and enforcing policies and procedures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Compliance, Corporate Quality, and Operations is essential to support business growth, ensure product integrity, and maintain a high-performing work environment.
