Position Summary As a Superintendent , your primary focus will be on planning, coordinating, and leading field operations to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contract requirements. This role is responsible for day-to-day jobsite leadership including schedule coordination, subcontractor management, quality control, productivity tracking, and workforce supervision. The Superintendent works closely with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, owners, and general contractors to deliver successful projects while maintaining RMR's standards for safety, professionalism, and performance.
