About the role We are looking for a Principal Adviser Enterprise Architecture Governance & Tooling , to lead the evolution of enterprise architecture processes, governance, and tooling across our global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) function. This is a great opportunity for a highly analytical, process- driven and collaborative professional to drive consistency, efficiency and maturity across architecture practices in a complex, global organisation. This is a full-time role with flexible working arrangements available, and is to be based in either our Brisbane, Perth or Montreal Hub. Reporting to the General Manager Enterprise Architecture and working in a collaborative, global team within the Enterprise Architecture function, you will: - Lead the design and continuous improvement of enterprise architecture processes, governance frameworks, and operating models - Establish scalable engagement models between Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Product Groups, and Service Functions - Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) capability, aligning people, process, data, and technology - Act as Technical Owner for LeanIX , driving
