About the role We are looking for Fixed Plant Inspectors to provide technical assistance, support, and expert advice on plant condition while driving continuous improvement practices within the Fixed Plant Maintenance team. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality asset inspections, work management discipline, and reliability improvement, working within the Rio Tinto maintenance management framework and utilising RTBS to drive safe and effective maintenance outcomes. This is a residential role based in Dampier. Reporting to the Supervisor Asset Health, working in a collaborative team within fixed plant maintenance, you will; - Adhere to all Rio Tinto standards, policies and procedures, fostering a positive safety culture and prioritise safety in all activities - Promote accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement - Perform comprehensive inspections of fixed plant assets, raising high quality SAP notifications for repair actions based on condition and risk - Execute inspection-driven maintenance aligned to work management processes - Complete post-maintenance commissioning and quality assurance checks - Support BOM accuracy and maintenance tactics improvements, ensuring
