As a key operational partner, you will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to maintain billing accuracy, resolve issues, and safeguard cash flow. Our ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented professional with strong operational discipline, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be measured by key performance metrics such as Days Invoiced Outstanding (DIO) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), ensuring both billing efficiency and cash collection effectiveness.
