Responsibilities Your Role: The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring manufacturing operations and suppliers consistently meet or exceed customer, quality, and food safety expectations. This role provides quality engineering leadership through the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality systems, while leading root cause investigations to reduce customer complaints and drive sustainable improvements. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Lead investigations into quality issues and customer complaints using root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies. Drive complaint-related corrective actions and communicate outcomes to internal stakeholders and customers as appropriate. Analyze quality and test data using statistical methods to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Conduct internal audits and implement quality system improvements.
