Sr. Web Frontend Engineer Shanghai, China Waltham, Massachusetts We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our Signals team in Shanghai, focusing on building intuitive and responsive user interfaces for AI-powered features across our product portfolio. You will be responsible for creating seamless user experiences that make complex AI capabilities accessible and delightful to use. Key Responsibilities Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React and related technologies Build user interfaces for AI features including chat interfaces, data visualization, and intelligent search experiences Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI services and APIs into frontend applications Leverage AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) to write high-quality code efficiently Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across devices and browsers Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive testing Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning Stay current with frontend technologies and best practices Required Qualifications Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field 2+ years of professional experience with React development Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.) Proficient in using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) for efficient development Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.) Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming Understanding of version control with Git Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Language: Ability to use English as a working
