Nous recherchons un·e responsable d'équipe chimie (4 personnes) sur notre site de Codolet (proche Avignon). Au sein de notre département R&D, ce poste joue un rôle clé dans le pilotage d'activités de chimie pour la synthèse de diverses molécules organiques et leur conjugaison à différents ligands comme briques de base de nos essais HTRF, AlphaLISA, PhenoVue et pH-Sense. Le poste nécessite une expertise technique en chimie organique, des compétences avancées en management humain et management de projets ainsi qu'un bon relationnel avec des collaborateurs transverses pluridisciplinaires en chimie et biologie. Vos principales missions Pilotage d'une activité de synthèse organique et bioconjugaison Superviser et coordonner l'activité afin de synthétiser et purifier des molécules
