In the role of FP&A Manager, you will work cross functionally to deliver insightful, actionable analytics and influential reporting packages to drive change and improve financial performance. Location: Mumbai (In Office - Hybrid Policy) Duties and Responsibilities: ·Lead reporting responsibilities for the Global Operations function, including but not limited to: functional reporting (MIS reports for various functions), freight reporting (MIS for inbound and outbound freight across sites), inflation reporting (MIS for analyzing cost increases vis-à-vis global inflation), inventory reporting (MOR, Site-wise inventory balances and periodic comparisons), sourcing reports (spend analysis such as last price paid for material) and assisting in AOP activities (annual budget). ·Deliver impactful, accurate and on-time financial reporting. ·Provide analytical support to the company's short-term and long-term financial models. ·Collaborate with various Finance leaders to develop a standard catalogue of financial reports and
