Learn more about us at www.kelso-industries.com Retrofit Technology is seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop General Laborer to support daily operations in our HVAC shop and yard. This role is essential to maintaining organization, safety, and efficiency across all commercial project logistics. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload trucks for commercial HVAC projects, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible yard environment. Operate a forklift as needed to transport heavy equipment and materials. Assist with crane lifts to receive and position large HVAC equipment. Organize and manage parts and tools within designated departments. Disassemble and remove old equipment for proper disposal or recycling. Qualifications: Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks. Basic knowledge of warehouse or shop operations preferred. Forklift experience or certification is a plus (or willingness to be trained). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Commitment to workplace safety practices. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
