ROLE SUMMARY We're looking for a strategic, high-ownership People Business Partner to support our Go-to-Market organization at Replit https://replit.com/?utm_source=chatgpt.com. This role will report into the Head of People Business Partners & Talent Programs and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and broader GTM functions. This role blends high-trust business partnership with hands-on execution. You'll coach leaders through complex people and organizational challenges, drive core talent programs and operating rhythms, and help build scalable People programs that enable the business to move quickly. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable influencing senior leaders, navigating nuanced employee situations, improving team effectiveness, and rolling up their sleeves to build lightweight but impactful People programs, frameworks, and operating systems. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, operates with high ownership, and is excited about rethinking how modern People teams scale in an AI-native company.
