ROLE SUMMARY We're looking for a strategic, operator-minded Talent Programs leader to join the People team at Replit https://replit.com/?utm_source=chatgpt.com. This role will report to the Head of People Business Partners & Talent Programs and operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for building, running, and evolving the company's core talent programs and operating rhythms. This role blends program strategy, operational excellence, and hands-on building. You will drive company-wide talent programs including performance cycles, calibrations, onboarding, manager forums, and enablement initiatives while creating scalable content, frameworks, and processes that improve consistency and execution across the business. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable program managing complex cross-functional initiatives, building lightweight but high-impact systems and content, partnering with PBPs and executives, and leveraging AI and automation to rethink how modern People teams operate. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, operates with high ownership, and is excited about building scalable People infrastructure in an AI-native company.
