Lead automation standards, best practices, and technology selection at plant or regional level. Select, standardize, and govern automation tools and platforms Define and own the automation software strategy and roadmap Design scalable automation architecture integrating RPA, workflow, APIs, and AI components Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in C omputer S cience, Software Engineering, IT , or related field Experience 7+ years of experience in software development, automation, or platform engineering Experience with APIs, microservices, and database technologies Hands-on experience with PLC programming, robotics, and industrial networks. Experience working with system integrators and equipment suppliers. Good To Have Exposure to global manufacturing standards and multi-site automation governance.
