Intern, Industrial Engineering Bayan Lepas, , Malaysia Company Description: Job Description: Process Flow : Learn to analyze and optimize the wafer sort, final test, and backend processes in semiconductor production. Factory Layout (AutoCAD) : Learn to design and improve factory floor layouts using AutoCAD for efficient space utilization and equipment placement. Time Study : Learn to conduct time studies for final test and backend operations, using Excel to analyze data and identify efficiency improvements. Exposure to Equipment : Gain hands-on learning experience with semiconductor testing, handling, and backend packaging equipment Qualifications: Degree in Manufacturing / Process/ Mechanical/Electronis Engineering. Knowledge in Excel and Autocad are added advantage Preferably available for a 4- to 6-month placement , commencing Aug 26 .
