We are seeking a JV Portfolio Accountant to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. This individual is responsible for the preparation of financial information for the overall appraisal and secured debt management process for Regency's co-investment partnership program, including periodic reporting to our joint venture partners, lenders, and internal management team. What You'll Be Doing: Prepare quarterly and annual debt compliance packages as required by our lenders, including various debt calculations. Assist with pulling data and answering questions received from lenders, third parties, and internal teams. Assist with preparation of appraisals as required by various partnership agreements on a quarterly and annual basis, including initial preparation, inputs, assumptions and review. Prepare monthly and quarterly partner distributions in accordance with the various JV agreements including cash flow forecasts by property.
