Lead the design and execution of AI experiments across the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, code review, documentation, and CI/CD processes Evaluate and recommend AI tooling and define scalable adoption patterns across development teams Establish frameworks to measure the impact of AI on developer productivity, code quality, and delivery velocity Identify inefficiencies in development processes
