Production Associate Ridgeville, South Carolina, United States About Redwood Materials Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling - keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we're delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. Production Associate The Production Operations Associate will ensure the efficient movement and processing of materials to support production goals, facilitate the timely receipt of raw materials, and prepare finished goods for shipment in a collaborative work environment under specific safety and quality guidelines. Responsibilities will include: - Support day-to-day operations of a continuously running production line, including material sampling, forklift operation, and performing actions within Ignition and other Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) - Operate and train on material processing and manufacturing equipment, including material conveyance systems, shredding and milling equipment, and material screening and separation systems - Operate and train on powered industrial trucks (PIT), including but not limited to forklifts and reach trucks - Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory required for production areas - Receive inbound shipments of raw materials, maintenance parts, and engineering equipment from suppliers - Maintain accurate data and transactions within a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and generate reports to support operational and management decisions - Participate in physical inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy - Follow established material flow strategies to improve operational efficiency and
