Founded in 2017, we're delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. Digital Transformation Lead, EPC Our Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) team delivers the infrastructure powering Redwood's growth. We're looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to define and execute our EPC digital strategy, streamline workflows, and build in-house tools that enable seamless collaboration across design, engineering, and construction. You'll oversee core EPC systems while establishing scalable, data-driven processes that serve as a single source of truth. This role combines hands-on system leadership with long-term vision-setting and includes the opportunity to grow a dedicated digital innovation team. Responsibilities will include: - Own and execute the EPC digital roadmap - Integrate external software solutions and develop internal solutions or add-ons - Streamline data flow and collaboration across enterprise systems - Increase team productivity and automated workflows by developing in-house tools using AI-augmented coding - Partner with EPC, Operations, and Engineering to solve workflow challenges - Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of digital platforms - Build governance, training, and adoption programs - Lead vendor management and system integrations - Serve as EPC's digital subject matter expert and advisor Desired Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, systems
