The Opportunity We're looking for our first People Operations Generalist to build and scale the HR function from the ground up. You'll partner closely with our founders and leadership team to design the systems, programs, and culture that will define how we grow. This is a hands-on role where you'll own everything from how we onboard new hires to how we develop and retain world-class talent. What You'll Do: - Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and all employee changes, with a strong focus on a seamless experience. - Design and maintain HR systems, policies, and documentation, and ensure data accuracy across platforms. - Create and operationalize performance review processes and partner with managers on feedback, development, and retention. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate employee records and documentation. - Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor coordination. - Own and optimize our
