As a Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will own and evolve Redis's internal communication strategy to ensure employees are aligned with company priorities, equipped with timely information, and engaged in our mission and culture. This role partners closely with executives, People leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive clarity, transparency, and connection across a complex, high-growth global organization. You will be both strategist and hands-on communicator-building frameworks, coaching leaders, and producing high-impact content that resonates across audiences, cultures, and time zones. This role requires exceptional writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate sensitive or high-visibility communication moments with confidence.
