This role sits at the center of product innovation and revenue growth, giving you the opportunity to shape how Redis monetizes one of the world's most widely adopted data platforms. You'll influence company-wide strategy while partnering deeply with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to drive scalable, durable growth across cloud and software. What you'll do: - Lead the evolution of Redis' global pricing and packaging strategy across cloud and self-managed offerings to accelerate growth and improve monetization. - Partner closely with Product to design pricing and packaging for new product launches, ensuring monetization is embedded early in the product lifecycle. - Drive pricing optimization initiatives, including usage-based models, discount policies, and expansion levers to maximize ARR and long-term customer value. - Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to establish scalable pricing guardrails and policies that empower the field while protecting margin and consistency. - Own the strategy and development of pricing calculators with Product Marketing to support both self-serve and sales-led motions. - Use data-driven insights,
