You will not only define a cohesive strategy across the Reddit consumer experience but also serve as a key pillar of the Reddit UX organization. You will be responsible for looking around the corners to forecast critical user needs and business needs, acting as a creative innovator and change driver to deliver significantly positive impact. A primary focus of this role is leading a cohesive strategy across app navigation/architecture and visual UI elements that elevates the quality and efficiency of the entire org by enhancing design systems, and helping/inspiring users to create new content and systemize the content display for engaging consumption.
