For more information, visit www.redditinc.com . The Ads Measurement Engineering team builds the systems that power advertiser outcomes and ads optimization across Reddit's Ads platform. The team owns critical infrastructure and products spanning conversion signal ingestion, attribution, lift measurement, reporting, and the reliable delivery of measurement data to downstream ML and ads systems. We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead this organization. This leader will drive the technical strategy and execution for scalable measurement systems that improve advertiser performance and enable effective optimization across the ads stack. This role requires strong technical depth in ads measurement and distributed systems, as well as the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Product Marketing, and Business Development.
