Director, Human Resources | Education Charlotte, NC This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Monday and Fridays each week. This role will partner closely with the business's senior leadership team across Puerto Rico and Charlotte to shape and execute people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This leader will operate as the primary People partner for the business, balancing strategic influence with hands-on execution. The organization is evolving, and this role requires someone who is comfortable navigating change, bringing structure where needed, and helping leaders make thoughtful, people-centered decisions. The ideal candidate brings a strong HR generalist foundation, sound judgment, and the ability to build credibility quickly with leaders. What You'll Do: - Serve as the lead People partner for RV Education, advising the senior leadership team on talent, organizational effectiveness, and team performance - Translate business priorities into practical, high-impact people strategies and actions - Operate as a trusted advisor to leaders, coaching through organizational change, performance challenges, and team dynamics - Lead and support core talent processes including performance management, talent calibration, and development planning - Provide hands-on support across employee relations, leadership coaching, compensation, and organizational design - Partner with centralized People teams (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, L&D) to ensure effective execution of enterprise
