Nuclear Medicine/PET Technologist (Paid Relocation Up to $20,000) Beverly Hills, California; Bakersfield, California; Riverside, California; Murrieta, California; Victorville, California; Santa Ana, California; Thousand Oaks, California Responsibilities *This job is located in California (see specific locations below) with a sign on bonus or relocation assistance up to $20,000 * Locations with Openings: Anaheim Bakersfield Beverly Hills Inglewood Lancaster Los Angeles Murrieta Newport Beach Orange Oxnard Pasadena Rancho Cucamonga Tarzana Temecula Thousand Oaks Santa Clarita Signal Hill Simi Valley Ventura Shifts Available: Full-Time, Part-Time and Per-Diem You Will: Perform high quality nuclear medicine and/or positron emission tomography/computed tomography images on patients while providing excellent care. Follow company established nuclear medicine protocols and procedures. Under the direction of the radiologist, administer radiopharmaceuticals to detect or treat diseases using radioisotopes. Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process. Monitor patients' well- being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action. Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients. You Are: Genuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification State Nuclear Medicine License.
